Days 1-2
We review your intake
Your completed athlete intake questionnaire arrives and your coach reads through every answer carefully. They're looking for the full picture: your race, your fitness, your constraints, your preferences. This isn't a quick skim—it's a thorough review.
Days 2-3
You're matched with your coach
You receive an email introducing your coach. Their background. Why they're the perfect fit for you. A brief note on what stood out from your intake. You can reply with any quick questions, but there's no hard sales call. Just a direct introduction.
Days 3-7
Your initial plan is built
Your coach builds your plan from scratch using every detail from your intake. Race-specific sessions. Your actual training hours. Your equipment access. Your injury history. Your preferred activities. It's built for you, not adapted from a template.
Week 2
You start training
Your plan lands in your dashboard. Your coach walks you through the first few weeks. You have unlimited messaging from day one. Any questions about a session, a workout concept, or your plan structure—ask. That's what they're there for.

Your first week of training
Your plan will ease you in. If you've never done structured training before, your coach knows this. If you're coming off a break, the plan accounts for it. First week is about establishing routine, not crushing yourself.
You'll see:
- ✓3-5 structured sessions for the week
- ✓Session goals and effort levels (e.g. "easy 60 min trail run" or "10km tempo effort")
- ✓Alternative sessions you can swap in if needed
- ✓Coach notes explaining the phase and what to focus on
You can do:
- •Log your workouts as you complete them
- •Message your coach with any questions about the sessions
- •Swap sessions using the coach-approved alternatives
- •Ask about pacing, form, anything that feels off
